WHY?
High demand and new entrants have pushed up the prices of home tutoring. As a result, good quality tutoring has become unaffordable for many families. The foundation ‘Leren voor de Toekomst’ believes that income and background should never be a barrier to obtain a school certificate. The organization works closely with schools and parents to ensure good guidance and a successful future for all.
OUR APPROACH
The founder and the employees of the foundation are young, and the foundation itself has not existed for long. Rapid growth combined with the Covid-19 crisis created numerous challenges: How do we keep teaching at a distance? How do we keep our supervisors and leaders involved and develop them? &samhould helped with this through various interventions; we were a sparring partner and helped in a concrete way by offering training course for the homework supervisors and (site) managers on personal development and leadership. We also provided guidance on how to teach remotely and how to launch a crowdfunding campaign.
IMPACT
Through our training courses, dozens of supervisors and site supervisors have been further developed, who in turn have helped thousands of children towards a successful future.
